Not so bitter?

This time, sorry to say, "not-so-bitter" gourd chips turned out to be extra-bitter chips having been fried in overheated oil. But half kg? No problem consuming. It is a narrow edge between being half-fried and exact as well as between exact and over-deep. Hopefully you catch it correct the next time I buy. Thanks.
